Tea Time at Willowbrook Manor English Tea House and Chamomile Farm

Willowbrook Manor is a private residence that opens its doors to the public on special occasions to enjoy English Tea amidst the grandeur of Skagit Valley. Join us for Tea and Tulips in April, Mothers Tea in May, Harvest Tea in October, and Holiday Tea in December.

Willowbrook Manor’s splendor creates a unique venue to make memories with friends, host corporate events, bridal showers, weddings, baby showers or celebrate special occasions with family. We offer teas for private parties of 12 or more in a personalized setting. There are many charming places for English Tea on the Estate to choose from for your memorable experiences. Willowbrook’s onsite bakery and deli creates delicious sweets and savories for you to enjoy using locally grown grain and produce.

The cost is $45 per person + 20% gratuity. There is a $150 venue fee.

Tea on the East Lawn

With beautiful views of farmland, foothills and the Cascade mountains, the East Lawn is a splendid location for a Summer Tea experience and can host up to 200 guests.

The Formal Tea Room

Overlooking the East Lawn, chamomile field and Sauk Mountain, the Formal Tea Room offers year-round splendor for your English Tea experience. This elegant room can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Rose Garden

A serene, secluded garden that offers a beautiful aura of tranquility for up to 24 guests.

Cottage Greenhouse

The cottage greenhouse is a cozy place for 8 guests to enjoy English Tea. Complete with Hobbit door, the rustic warmth of this garden green house is a delightful place that can be enjoyed year–round.

The West Patio

A cozy, enclosed patio that peeks into the rose garden, the West Patio is best enjoyed during summer evenings. It can host up to 20 people.
