The Loft boasts an open, retro-feel featuring the original Bellingham High School gym floor, Gram’s pink kitchen chairs, and spectacular views from every window! The studio has its own private entrance. With a queen Murphy bed, and full bed on the studio level, and one full and two twin size beds under the skylights in the loft, six people can sleep very comfortably. Tea and scones are served every morning in theTea Room.
The space
Willowbrook Manor Tea House And Chamomile Farm has landscaped paths, gardens and fountains to be enjoyed by guests and visitors. The Cascade trail runs along side the 9 acre farm and provides over 20 miles of beautiful scenery to walk or bike. The East Lawn has croquet, badminton and bocce ball available. The Loft has its own secluded patio for relaxing.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy all of the gardens and lawns. If it is too cold for morning tea and scones under the tea tent, guests are invited to the warmth of the Tea Room inside the manor.
Other things to note
Willowbrook Manor is central to many outdoor recreations and tourist attractions. I like to share our area and can give suggestions of where to go to make the most of your time in Skagit County.
We do not rent to minors without an accompanying adult. Anyone under 21 cannot rent The Loft unless they have an adult with them.
Only 6 people maximum can rent The Loft. Parties with additional people are not allowed.

High Camp at at Willowbrook Manor English Tea House and Chamomile Farm will make you feel like you have stepped into a British Safari tent. The canvas room has wall to wall carpet, regal furnishings, gas fireplace, hot and cold running water, and fresh linens and towels. You will enjoy the private patio with gas fire pit. Tea and scones are served every morning and scenic and historic bicycle tours can be added on to your reservation.
The space
High Camp overlooks the West meadow at Willowbrook Manor. It is nestled up against the trees which makes the It very private. The gardens and grounds are open for wandering, or bringing a good book to read.
Guest access
The gardens and grounds are wonderful to spend time in. The Cascade Trail runs adjacent to Willowbrook Manor and guests will enjoy walking the trail and taking in the beautiful views of farms and forest.
